Does it need maintenance?
No. Pre-loaded dual taper bearings and shaft seals make it maintenance free.
What's the difference between Classic Tilt and Sport Tilt?
Both tilt 48° with 5 lock positions. The difference is mainly style: Classic Tilt has SeaStar's traditional cover design; Sport Tilt has a compact, modern housing with a remote fill port.
Should I choose the 1.7 or the 2.0?
The 2.0 gives quicker steering with fewer turns lock-to-lock. The 1.7 (HH6541-4) gives a lighter feel.
